Several years ago, in Vancouver, British Columbia, I met a petroleum engineer who was a manager of a Liquid Natural Gas plant. British Columbia having maybe more environmentalists per capita than anywhere else on the globe, I asked him how many people in the BC government and the environmentalist movement believed that lowering the carbon footprint would solve climate change? He said, “I know of no one who does. There may be some who believe in it, but that is rare.”
The post below presents the problem which preoccupies parents throughout the United States. The schools, public and private, are committing a form of menticide on America’s children, whether it be through Critical Race Theory or a curriculum so dumbed down and based on drill-and-grill that all human creative potential is extinguished. There is a great hue and cry about public versus private, but no one is focused on what must be taught to fulfil our human nature as creative human beings participating in divine creation. We will start a new class series on this topic on Saturday, March 20th. Consider this post your invitation to attend. Please circulate to your friends.
The list of horrors from the Biden Administration accumulates daily, and will pick up dramatically in pace today, Friday, March 12, following the signing of the $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill on Thursday. Next? A week-long Democratic PR campaign touting the amount of money with which they are showering the population as a prelude to a green infrastructure bill which will wipe out large sections of the U.S. economy. Ever get the feeling that you are being showered with money by the very same people who will kill you, if they can, in short order?
Kesha Rogers reports on the Mars Perseverance Rover following a NASA press conference on the first accomplishments of the Perseverance Rover. In her report Kesha highlights the thousands of images Perseverance has captured, Perseverance's first drive on Mars, the successful deployments of the Mars wind sensors, MEDA for weather reports, and the fascinating cameras mounted on the arm of Perseverance, and the spectrometers and lasers to search for possible signs of past microbial life.
Build on the Trump Presidency: COVID Did Not Shut Down the Real Economy
(Thanks to Bill Roberts and Paul Glumaz for their contributions to this report.)
We are not on our knees, thanks to four years of the Trump Presidency.
For all of 2020, during COVID-19, total increases in non-agricultural unemployment in the heartland states averaged around 4.5% overall, while on the west and east coasts, the numbers were roughly half again as high, or in some cases twice as high (New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts), over the course of January through November 2020.
There have already been several significant developments in our “Hands Off Trump” battlefront this week, and this round up will demonstrate why our "Hands Off Trump" petition drive on our homepage is so important. We are demanding a full accounting of the activities of the FBI and other intelligence agencies through their undercover agents and informants in the events of January 6th. Our on the ground sources told us that provocateurs of the Antifa type were a significant part of the assault on the Capitol. There are numerous other reports saying the same thing.
As the week opens, the Congress and the White House remain encased in fences and barbed wire with the National Guard still present, protecting the nation’s political leaders from a purported threat which has never been revealed. There is every reason to believe that it is the people who they claim to represent who are the source of their fears.
