Just the News and other outlets are reporting this afternoon, Wednesday, June 7^th, that Donald Trump has been informed that he will be indicted by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith in what I have called his overdue documents dispute with the national librarian at the National Archives. That indictment is imminent, if not this week, most certainly by next week, they report. The charges involve misuse of National Defense Information, false statements, and obstruction of justice.

President Trump pushed back on the Just the News report by John Solomon, stating on Truth Social: “No one has told me I’m being indicted, and I shouldn’t be because I’ve done NOTHING wrong, but I have assumed for years that I am a Target of the WEAPONIZED DOJ & FBI, starting with the Russia, Russia, Russia HOAX, the “No Collusion” Mueller Report, Impeachment HOAX #1, Impeachment HOAX #2, the PERFECT Ukraine phone call, and various other SCAMS & WITCH HUNTS. A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE & ELECTION INTERFERENCE AT A LEVEL NEVER SEEN BEFORE. REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS MUST MAKE THIS THEIR # 1 ISSUE!!!

Special Prosecutor Smith is also set to launch seditious conspiracy charges against Trump concerning January 6^th following the documents case indictment. The Proud Boys and Oath Keepers prosecutions for January 6^th, substantially lowered the burden of proof for that charge. According to most commentators, the J6 charges will follow within weeks of the document case, still well ahead of the GOP primary schedule.  When he appointed this thug, Attorney General Merrick Garland did not stress Smith’s devotion to doing justice.  Rather, he noted Smith’s “efficiency.” 

This developing story dictates what must become the immediate mission of any patriot who cares about the future of our nation. Discount and do not give any attention to anything associated with the GOP Primary Zoo. Everyone now scrambling to enter the race is doing so with one unspoken assumption:  Donald Trump who now holds an insurmountable lead against any other contender will be taken off the playing field by lawfare and that will give me a chance. Their “chance,” of course, amounts to treason against the nation. They are accepting the entire coup against the 45^th president as simply so many Trump “grievances” that must be discounted “as we look to the future.”

Instead of giving any credence to anything regarding the GOP Primary, spend your time, money, talent, and heart organizing an overwhelming victory for Donald Trump in 2024 based on his Agenda 47 economic and antiwar policies. Teaching your fellow citizens that our cultural and other crises are rooted in failures to understand and continue the American System’s productive and scientific and technologically advancing mode of economy created by our founders, enforced by Lincoln and Roosevelt, and advocated by Lyndon LaRouche and Donald Trump, is the key to overcoming our socially engineered social polarization while creating universal prosperity. The necessarily overwhelming popular mobilization can and will overcome the current vote fraud apparatus controlled by Big Tech, the intelligence community, and the Democratic Party, an apparatus totally dependent on sustained polarization, petty political party infighting, and a citizenry cudgeled into thinking small. As Trump notes in his Truth Social post, the war against the lawfare aimed at taking him out now must begin in the House. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R. GA) commented today that the House has shown some competence in issuing subpoenas and beginning investigations of our rogue Justice Department. They have failed so far in defunding the rogue DOJ Trump special counsel investigation and the other unpunished extant DOJ employees involved in the coup against Donald Trump. This must now be Congress’ #1 priority. In addition, they must defund the increasingly barbaric, dangerous, and failing war against Russia in Ukraine.

The Hostile Fantasy World of Jack Smith and Lisa Monaco

Nothing less than the Constitution is targeted in this lawfare attack, along with Donald Trump who leads all presidential polls for 2024, along with the vast political movement Trump has built throughout the country of citizens who are convinced, rightly, that the continued existence of the nation is at stake. No prior or sitting American president has ever been indicted in federal court, let alone for a documents dispute with the National Archivist under a civil statute. No prior or sitting president has ever been indicted in a federal court immediately after a four-year investigation by an Independent Counsel, John Durham, definitively revealed that the entire previous unprecedented four-year criminal investigation of Donald Trump by the very same Department of Justice, examining every aspect of his existence, was completely bogus, a hoax, and a textbook abuse of the legal system and constitutional norms.

No former American president has been investigated or indicted by a sitting President whose own malfeasance and selling of his office (as Vice-President under Obama) has been overtly protected and shielded by the same Department of Justice since bribery allegations involving $5 million from a Ukrainian oligarch first surfaced against him in 2017. Do you remember that Donald Trump was impeached when he tried to have this very issue -  Joe Biden and Ukrainian corruption - investigated? Is the present carnage there, the killing field for thousands, attributable, at least in part, to the sabotage of that investigation?

The “Get Trump” mobilization of a completely corrupt Department of Justice, FBI, and intelligence community, the U.S. Senate, and the federal and state courts in both New York City and Washington, D.C. and elsewhere violates our Constitution’s absolute ban on Bills of Attainder, albeit in modern form. Under the former tyrannical British form of the Bill, the King or Queen demanded the Bill from the Parliament, or the Parliament acted on its own and got royal approval for bills which deprived the target of all civil and property rights without trial and sent them off to prison. The attainders could not be challenged. Here, the courts and a rogue Justice Department and FBI are colluding to make up new laws and seat obviously biased juries to affect the same result, aided and abetted by a corrupt U.S. Senate and intelligence community acting in support. Their actions, rather than any action by Donald Trump, uniquely fill the requirements for actual seditious conspiracy.

Trump’s lawyers “have prepared a robust defense” which demonstrates that a president has broad powers to keep documents from his time in office and “declassify without fanfare” those documents and take them with him upon leaving office, according to Just the News. Some of the details of their defense surfaced in a letter to the House Intelligence Committee in April and is well worth citizens’ attention. According to the Just the News report, they also rely in part on a previous D.C. District Court case involving Bill Clinton which concluded that presidents have virtually unchallengeable power to determine what documents from a presidency can be kept personally as well as an American Bar Association 2022 report asserting similar broad determination and declassification powers.

This entire legal atrocity was initiated when the then Trump hating, Obama loving National Archivist, David Ferriero, reported to the Justice Department that Trump had not turned over two documents, a letter from Kim Jong-un and a letter left for him by Barack Obama.  As Trump’s lawyers looked for and returned documents inadvertently packed by the General Services Administration and sent to Florida, the DOJ National Security Division jumped all over the case and initiated the unprecedented FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.  DOJ NSD has been a focal point of all the illegalities against Trump and his associates.  It is exempt from investigation or discipline by the DOJ Inspector General. Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s cache of classified documents, dating from his time in the Senate and as Vice-President, taken without any plausible legal authority, and stashed at three separate locations, remains unprosecuted.

The immediate noise about this indictment escalated on Monday when Trump’s lawyers met with Deputy AG Lisa Monaco’s office at the DOJ. According to reports, Trump’s lawyers asked for any indictment to be delayed until a grotesque reported incident of prosecutorial misconduct by the Special Counsel could be investigated. It involves a Smith prosecutor dangling a federal judgeship before a key witness in the case in order to change his testimony that Trump did nothing wrong. Monaco, one of Barack Obama’s three favored “furies” (that’s Obama’s designation) and the controller of the milquetoast Torquemada, Merrick Garland, refused to hold the indictment up.

Numerous illegal press leaks have indicated that Jack Smith believes he has nailed his case because of a purportedly classified document Trump discussed with Mark Meadows’ biographers for Meadows’ book about his time in the White House. A tape of the discussion obtained by Smith, has Trump discussing plans for an invasion of Iran drawn up and pushed by General Mark Milley, but firmly repudiated by President Trump. The leaks say that Trump referred to the document but refused to discuss it further because it was classified. According to the leaks, this somehow proves that Trump knew he had still classified national defense documents at Mar-a-Lago. According to the report in Just the News, however, prosecutors haven’t found any document like the one discussed but did find an Iran war plan written by others which Trump returned to the National Archives more than a year ago. The same plan was leaked to a major magazine by a senior defense official and cannot be considered to be National Defense information.
