He spelled it out in his great detective stories, especially “The Murders in the Rue Morgue,” and in his nonfictional “Maelzel’s Chess Player.”
The answer to this riddle is fundamental to our post-Nov. 8 strategy, and to reclaiming the prostituted name of “science” from hoaxsters like the “climate-change” industry.
