Don’t think of COP28, now ongoing in Dubai, as a “climate conference.”  Recognize where we are.  The world financial system is utterly bankrupt.  Nations’ economies are hanging by a thread.  The imperial puppeteers are seized by dread, and they are lashing out.  Their recklessness was already seen in the 2020 “Summer of Insurrection” against President Donald Trump.  It escalated with the Covid lockdown, and then came the War in Ukraine and the targeting of Russia for destruction.  This is End Game for the oligarchy, and they are only too aware of the existential crisis they face.  They must seize complete power now or face their doom.

This desperation is tangible at this year’s U.N. Climate Change Conference (COP28).  What is being proposed—nay, demanded—is without question the most murderous policy agenda to date.  In addition to the years-long campaign against the use of coal and the incessant demands to reduce “carbon emissions, the imperialists gathered at Dubai are now unhinged and are demanding a complete ban on the use of all fossil fuels.  They have also declared war on methane and on human food consumption itself.

Again, this is not a “conference.”  Its proceedings are more akin to the imperial court of Caligula or the rites of the ancient Temple at Delphi.  It is a bacchanalia with deadly implications.  Dubai’s harbor is overflowing with luxury yachts of the über-wealthy;  the airport is crammed with the private jets of the lesser nobility, the city’s techno-nightclubs are jammed with thousands of hedonistic young delegates, and the hotel rooms have become revolving doors for the hundreds of prostitutes for which the UAE is so infamous.  More than 100,000 imperial foot-soldiers have descended on the city to receive their marching orders.  It is an orgy, but one, as in Edgar Allan Poe’s Masque of the Red Death, where the patrician leaders know that their doom lies just beyond the door.

The threat to the oligarchy is real.  Years of the global green onslaught have produced tens of millions of victims, of nations facing destruction, and at COP28 these victims—those considered by the oligarchy as expendable—are beginning to rise up.  We have not yet reached the stage where we hear a unanimous cry “There is a Limit to the Tyrant’s Power,” but a resistance to the imperial agenda is palpable, and the fight is beginning to get nasty.  A growing number of nations are now saying openly, “We will not commit suicide; we will not murder our own people.”  They are drawing a line in the sand.

It’s the British Empire, Stupid!

For many years a broad array of oligarchical mouthpieces—on both the left and right—ridiculed Lyndon LaRouche’s identification of the British Empire as the historic enemy of the American Republic.  The line went out through the mainstream media that this “anti-British obsession” was proof that the LaRouche movement was a political cult.  It’s past time—way past time—for people to wake up and recognize the face of the enemy, to recognize that LaRouche was always right about the British.

We are dealing with an imperial enemy.  On Friday, December 1, the opening speech to COP28 was delivered, in person, by King Charles III—His Majesty, by the Grace of God, King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, King of Canada, King of Australia, King of New Zealand, King of His other Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth, and Defender of the Faith.  It should be noted that Charles also delivered the opening speech at COP21 when the notorious Paris Climate Accords were adopted and that Charles’ father Prince Philip helped found the modern “green” movement with the creation of World Wildlife Fund more than 60 years ago.

According to reports, thousands of delegates sat in devotional silence as Charles delivered his diatribe.  A sampling of his remarks include:

“Our choice is now a starker, and darker, one:  how dangerous are we actually prepared to make our world?

“I have spent a large proportion of my life trying to warn of the existential threats facing us over global warming, climate change and biodiversity loss.  All these decades later, and despite all the attention, there is 30% more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere now than there was back then, and almost 40% more methane.  We remain so dreadfully far off track. . .

“In 2050, our grandchildren won’t be asking what we said, they will be living with the consequences of what we did or didn’t do.  Unless we rapidly repair and restore nature’s unique economy, based on harmony and balance, which is our ultimate sustainer, our own economy and survivability will be imperilled. . . The Earth does not belong to us, we belong to the Earth.”

Charles’ unscientific, anti-human and pagan rantings were followed the next day when the speech of Pope Francis I was read.[1]  All that can be said of Francis is that under his Pontificate the Catholic Church has entered a new era of Babylonian captivity, where its theological and geopolitical influence has been fully deployed on behalf of the oligarchy.  In his speech, Francis declared that “the destruction of the environment is an offense against God.”  He elaborated, “It has now become clear that the climate change presently taking place stems from the overheating of the planet, caused chiefly by the increase of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere due to human activity, which in recent decades has proved unsustainable for the ecosystem.”  Echoing his imperial partners, Francis directly attacked national sovereignty:

“What is the way out of this? It is the one that you are pursuing in these days:  the way of togetherness, multilateralism.  It is disturbing that global warming has been accompanied by a general cooling of multilateralism. . .  Let us emerge from the narrowness of self-interest and nationalism;  these are approaches belonging to the past.  Let us join in embracing an alternative vision: this will help to bring about an ecological conversion”. . . what is required is “a decisive acceleration of ecological transition that must include the elimination of fossil fuels.”

The Imperial triumvirate of Throne, Priesthood and Military was rounded out in the COP28 speech delivered by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.  Speaking at a high-level event on climate security organized by the COP28 Presidency and the Munich Security Conference, Stoltenberg stated that “climate change is at the core of NATO’s mission for pursuing peace and security for the Alliance,” and that future NATO deployments will increasingly intersect climate crises.  In a section of his remarks, which appear to indicate an unbalanced mind, he went so far as to say, “NATO is  investing in programs to develop new more environmentally friendly technologies in green defense and integrating climate considerations into its military capabilities,” a scenario which would result in NATO becoming a military laughing-stock.

Imperial Demands at COP28

By far, the greatest conflict at COP28 has arisen over the escalating demands of the Empire for the elimination of all usage of fossil fuels.  The call for the immediate “phase-out” of fossil fuels was explicit and uncompromising in the speeches of both King Charles and Pope Francis, and they were echoed by U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, European Union president Ursula von der Leyen and others.  On the first day of the Conference Guterres told delegates, “The science is clear: The 1.5ºC limit is only possible if we stop burning all fossil fuels. Not reduce, not abate. Phase out.”

Also unprecedented, is the attack on methane, described as “a blowtorch that is boiling the planet in the short term.”  Most methane is naturally produced, but methane emissions that can be legitimately linked to human activity are concentrated in two areas:  fossil fuel production and food, particularly livestock, production.  The U.N. states that food production is responsible for one-third of “manmade greenhouse gases,” and they are demanding an immediate reduction of methane emissions to near zero.  They couple this with a diktat that the world’s human population must switch to a “plant-based” diet.

Two days before the opening of COP28, the U.N.’s Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO) issued a “road map” demanding a world-wide drastic reduction of meat consumption.  One of the individuals responsible for organizing this is Jeremy Coller, the chair and founder of the FAIRR Initiative—a private investment network comprised of financial speculators with more than $70 trillion in assets—who issued a statement reading, “Food system emissions deserve a place at the top of the table, as they represent an estimated third of greenhouse gas emissions and 40% of methane. . . The failure of leading meat and dairy companies to reduce emissions underlines the urgent need for more policy focus on the food and agriculture sector.”

Finally, although the oligarchy’s war against coal is not new, at COP28 it has become frenzied, as witnessed in the deranged comments of U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry who proclaimed “There shouldn’t be any more coal-fired power plants permitted anywhere in the world.”[2]

The Imperial Apparatus

We now live in a world where the institutions of Empire are all out in the open, but their true nature is never talked about.  If one looks at the upper echelons of the “green movement” what one finds is an incestuous tangle of powerful financial and oligarchical interests which are concentrated in the financial apparatus of the City of London, the Imperial College of London, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, and the more than 20 official residences owned by the British Royal family, including Windsor and Buckingham castles.  Add to this the enormous financial wealth which has been created under the regime of globalized finance during the last 40 years.  The “green finance” dictatorship which has systematically denied loans to nations throughout the world for energy and economic development—already resulting in the deaths of millions—is run entirely by imperial financiers out of the City of London and Wall Street.

Today, the political storm-troopers of the Empire operate primarily through the United Nations and thousands of “non-governmental organizations” (NGOs), almost all of which are funded by billionaire donors, through foundations, off-shore bank accounts and other oligarchical wealth funds.  Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum is an NGO;  the World Wildlife Fund is an NGO;  Britain’s notorious Oxfam International is an NGO.  What has been created is an almost limitless apparatus of private NGOs—all outside the control of any sovereign government—which increasingly now set policy for the entire world.  Nation-states are reduced to the status of satraps which are required to implement imperial policy, an arrangement fairly common in the long history of empires.

One example of this is the ultra-high level NGO “The Elders,” founded in London in 2007, which describes itself as a group of “independent global leaders working together for peace, human rights and a sustainable planet.”  Its current chairwoman, former President of Ireland and former U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson, has emerged at COP28 as a strident advocate for demanding the immediate banning of fossil fuels.  Please note that the newspeak word “sustainable” is an oligarchical euphemism for reduced human consumption and starvation.  A truthful representation of Robinson’s intention would be the title of Russ Meyer’s cult film Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

Resistance

Sensational news headlines from Dubai have trumpeted the remarks by the UAE’s Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber that “there is no science” behind calls to phase out fossil fuels, and that cuts in oil, gas and coal use will “take the world back into caves.”  This has caused a huge controversy with Al Jaber coming under fierce attack.  Al Jaber’s comments, however, were echoed by Saudi Arabia’s energy minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman.  Speaking in Riyadh, he bluntly answered “absolutely not” to any phase out of fossil fuel production, and he went on to say “I assure you not a single person—I’m talking about governments—believes in that.”

What is now very clear, as the effects of the global green policy kill millions and the demands of the oligarchy become increasingly extreme, is that more and more nations are beginning to say “No.”  Currently, 73 percent of all electricity in India comes from coal-fired plants, and they are increasing, not curtailing, coal usage.  Russia is the world’s largest exporter of natural gas, with revenue from exports of fossil fuels reaching 701 million euros daily in December 2022.  Russia will not reduce these production levels, and Europe is in no position to protest since it is completely dependent on Russian gas supplies.  China, despite acquiescing to much of the Green agenda, also continues to build coal-fired power plants and has increased its fuel imports from Russia.

Resistance also extends beyond the superpowers.  South Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam and other nations are largely coal-dependent, and they are now backtracking on prior commitments to burn less of the fuel.  The banning of coal would be a death sentence for South Africa, which gets more than 80 percent of its electricity and nearly one-fifth of its liquid fuel from coal.  France, Britain and the United States have threatened to ban private financing of coal-fired plants, but this is very unlikely to deter South Africa, India or anyone else.

In response to this growing revolt, COP28 has featured a much-ballyhooed effort to bribe nations to stick to the green transition timetable.  In the first days of the conference delegates agreed to create what they called a $430 million “Loss and Damage” Fund to compensate poor states for the effects of climate change.  But independent studies have shown that the full transition out of coal and fossil fuels into a “renewable” energy system will cost more than $250 trillion, a figure almost triple the combined annual GDP of every nation on earth.  Obviously, this is impossible, and there is no serious intention to actually do it.  What is intended is to simply shut down a large part of world energy supplies, which will lead to mass deaths and the utter destruction of nations everywhere.  This will leave the financial oligarchy free to rule over the rubble.

Resistance is not Victory

Despite nations beginning to fight back against the murder of their own people, victory over this evil is not possible unless a critical and mandatory step is taken.  Someone must say, “The Emperor has no clothes.”  “Climate Change” has become the oligarchy’s 21st century global religion, and questioning it is heresy, which the methods of Torquemada will be used to stamp out.  So far, very few—most notably Donald Trump—have been willing to completely break with the Empire’s green agenda.

Growing numbers of nations are now ignoring the rules of the Paris Climate Accords, but most world leaders still genuflect at the alter of “climate change” and pledge their fealty to combating “global warming.”  India’s Narendra Modi has repeatedly promised his nation will meet the 1.5º C temperature threshold;  China’s Xi Jinping also;  Brazil’s Lula da Silva is a third;  and there are many others.  The UAE’s Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, who opposed the immediate banning of fossil fuels at COP28, was also quick to point out his absolute obedience to fighting “climate change,” saying “I respect the science in everything I do. . . the phase-down and the ultimate phase-out of fossil fuels is inevitable.”

These same leaders are also going along with a myriad of other “green” policies, such as “carbon capture,” “green credits,” subsidies for wind and solar energy and similar measures.  All this does is to add hundreds of billions of dollars to the cost of energy production and destroy the economic development of these nations.  They are choosing slow incremental death over immediate suicide.  Passive resistance and compromise will result in a human catastrophe.

It is Time to Declare War

On June 1, 2017, President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the Paris Climate Accords.   More recently Trump has identified his energy policy as “drill, baby drill.”  That is the only sane policy, both for the United States and the rest of the world.  Yes, our future must be in nuclear energy and fusion energy, but in the near and intermediate decades ahead what is required for the world’s peoples is a massive expansion of fossil fuel production.  There is literally NO FUTURE for Africa, or other impoverished areas of the world, without a leap in coal and fossil fuel-produced electricity.

We must shut down the imperial genocide.  We must dismantle and de-fund the anti-human climate priesthood.  We must reeducate our youth who have been subjected to intense climate brainwashing.  Humanity demands that we do this.  All that is required is courageous leadership.

We must also recognize that the British oligarchy—and the financial/climate empire they have created—are not our allies, born out of a mythical “common heritage.”  Between 1815 and 1945 the British Empire killed more human beings than Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong combined.  They are continuing this tradition today.  Ours is a different heritage, committed to the General Welfare of all of the people.  It is time to stand up for the principles which created our Republic.
