The Colorado Supreme Court, at the behest of the now openly fascist Democratic Party, has voted 4-3 to bar Donald Trump from the Colorado Republican presidential primary ballot because he “participated in an insurrection.”  The Court resurrected Section 3 of the 14^th Amendment directed at confederate officers immediately after the Civil War from historical oblivion to make this insane decision. Similar cases by Democrats seeking to bar Trump from the ballot are pending in other states but until Colorado took the bait, even Democratic judges have considered this argument undemocratic, insane, and dangerous. They balked at denying Americans, by judicial fiat, the right to vote for the candidate of choice who is right now surging in all the polls, trouncing both his Republican rivals and President Joe Biden. The “insurrection” alluded to was the federally controlled riot of January 6, 2021. Even the Trump deranged Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, has not charged Trump with respect to the riot, or with “insurrection” because he knows that even he cannot magically fabricate something out of less than nothing.

The Colorado case was backed by CREW, the George Soros and left billionaire dependent organization which has participated in every attack on Trump from 2015 forward. The decision is stayed pending an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court and has been greeted with outrage throughout the land. Like every other attack on Trump by these deranged fascists, it will only solidify his support with American citizens. It is time for the Republican Party to declare the primary over with and nominate Trump by unanimous vote, creating the legal basis for the nomination by acclamation immediately. The American people will rejoice. The world will recognize that we have not become a banana republic.

The Trump Campaign released a statement saying that they would appeal to the US Supreme Court immediately, "Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice. Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November," Trump spokesman Steven Cheung wrote. 

"The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight . . . We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these unamerican lawsuits," he added. President Trump in a fundraising appeal to supporters noted, “This is how dictatorships are born.”

“I hope to God that Americans everywhere are waking up to what’s happening to our country, Trump wrote. “A ruling party is attempting to amass total control over America by rigging the election against its leading opponent who happens to be a political outsider committed to defending the needs and interests of hardworking Americans. This is how dictatorships are born. I will not let left-wing judges STEAL the votes of a MAJORITY of Americans. We will win this battle, we will win the 2024 election, and we will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"
