Afghanistan: End Game for Our Tory Traitors?

The Biden debacle crossing your television screen was inevitable. Our presence was never justified. The idiots in the Pentagon, seduced by the Cheneys, used it as a cash machine. President Trump was determined to stop it, but he was blocked by the Pentagon and the war party.

What no one is talking about is drugs, heroin and now amphetamines. Afghanistan supplies all of Europe and much of Asia. It has done so for centuries. It is also central for the British Great Game in Eurasia. Just look at a map. As significantly, it is rich in unmined critical resources. Internally, the country is a bunch of corrupt war lords recruited and bribed by the intelligence agencies of various countries sitting on top of the population.

Our presence was the grandest delusion. This defeat must be used to go after Biden, the Cheneys and all that imperial Washington imagines itself to be.

  • I hope Barbara is being too pessimistic about Afghanistan. I think the Taliban had the support of many or most Afghanis or they would not have been able to accomplish what they have, to win this twenty-year war and prove themselves the rightful rulers of Afghanistan. I don’t think they are “terrorists”, I would call them brave Afghan patriots, not to mention incredibly tough fighters. Russia and China have told the Taliban that they will recognize their government and assist them with economic development if they will cooperate in preventing Afghanistan from becoming a haven for terrorists and heroin production, which none of the neighboring nations want. I am hoping that the Taliban will listen to them. There is no guarantee they will, but I don’t see why they wouldn’t.
