Emergency Food Aid to Africa Now! President Trump Can Make All the Difference
An appeal for emergency food aid to Africa was made this week to President Trump from a spokesman for Africa, Phillip Tsokolibane, leader of the LaRouche movement in South Africa, who said, “I appeal to the American President to take up this challenge. Give America’s farmers the mission to produce the food to feed the starving, while deploying the vast resources of the U.S. military on this mission of mercy to bring food to those who need it on my continent.” So far this year, seven million people have died from starvation, mostly in Africa, it was reported this week by David Beasley, Executive Director of the World Food Program, which won the Nobel Peace Prize Oct. 9, and who has laid out what now must be done. The Nobel award to the WFP reflects directly on the U.S., which has been backing the World Food Program consistently, and on President Trump, who in 2017, appointed Beasley. Now further emergency action is urgent. This comes at a time, barely two weeks before the presidential election, when new, lawless social media shut-offs were committed against President Trump, the White House, and Congress. This is a redline. Stop the coup.
