Press Release–New Dossier: The British were the 2016 Election Meddlers and are Directing a Coup Against President Trump

January 18, 2019
From left to right, Sir Richard Dearlove, Christopher Steele, and Stefan Halper, three leading figures in the British information and intelligence coup against U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee has released a three-part report by Barbara Boyd, exposing: (1) the British strategic impetus for the ongoing coup against Donald Trump, (2) the Institute for Statecraft/Integrity Initiative as a British military directed propaganda operation involving “clusters” of cooperating journalists and political figures aimed at inciting populations in the U.S., Britain, and Western Europe against Donald Trump and Russia, and smearing and censoring any individuals dissenting from their “approved” view points, and 3) how British intelligence and their Integrity Initiative propaganda operatives were the actual meddlers in the U.S. 2016 Presidential election and how they continue to subvert the Trump Presidency. The full report is available here.

The report draws on the December 18, 2018 House of Lords Report, “UK Foreign Policy in a Shifting World Order,” which outlines British strategic policy in the wake of Brexit. The Lords make repeated references to maintaining the Rules Based International Order, which is shorthand for the modern British imperium developed in the wake of World War II. Boyd reviews the history of that Order, demonstrating its actual character as the sponsor of endless wars and economic devastation. According to the Lords, Donald Trump is their Number One problem in maintaining their Order, something which has been repeatedly echoed by acolytes of this Order in the United States. The Lords describe Trump as a disrupter and state that the “Special Relationship” between the United States and Britain, at the center of all British foreign policy, can survive one term of Trump but not two.

The Lords describe the Special Relationship as a largely hidden force across the U.S defense and intelligence communities, and as particularly revered on both sides of Congress. The Lords otherwise focus on India, China, and Russia, which nations, along with the United States, are described as the keystone nations in future British foreign policy. They describe Russia as a state in decline which can be contained if NATO is strengthened to British specifications and economic isolation continues. The British have already joined China’s AIIB and the Belt and Road Initiative, and the Lords state a clear intent to manipulate these Chinese development initiatives to their advantage. They are seeking to deepen security ties with India in addition to their extant economic and trade ties through the Commonwealth. The significance of Lords’ imperial concentration on these four nations becomes clear when compared to the proposals of Lyndon LaRouche concerning the same exact four nations. LaRouche has repeatedly demonstrated that these four nations represent, potentially, the most powerful and productive economic force the world has ever known, which if joined together for development purposes under a new fixed exchange rate monetary system, could launch a new scientific and cultural revolution – a new Renaissance, on behalf of all mankind.

Chillingly, the Lords describe their second problem as populations in both the United States and Britain, who have been given too much access to information and believe “conspiracy” theories rather than official government accounts of their actions. They propose to answer this by controlling public opinion through censoring and controlling cyberspace.

The Integrity Initiative demonstrates the intended actions behind the Lords’ Diplospeak, the iron fist within the glove. It was recently exposed when its internal documents were hacked. This British military operation, funded by NATO, the British Foreign Ministry, the British Defense Ministry, the U.S. State Department, the Smith-Richardson Foundation, and, now, Facebook, has smeared British Labor leader Jeremy Corbin and Scottish nationalists, infiltrated the Bernie Sanders campaign in Iowa in 2016, attacked those dissenting from British imperial views internationally, and circulated entirely false claims about Russia and Putin, in pursuit of their central objective, creating the same war fever against Russia in the United States and Europe as presently exists in Britain. In their first public event in Seattle, they argued that the U.S. population had to be mobilized to fight a war with Russia.

In Britain, the Integrity Initiative ran “Operation Iris,” a public perception management operation with respect to the March 2018 poisoning of Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia Skripal, in Salisbury, England. Integrity Initiative contacts include Pablo Miller, who was Sergei Skripal’s MI6 handler. The purloined documents also demonstrate overlapping personnel between British figures involved in the coup against Donald Trump, specifically the intelligence circle around former MI6 head Sir Richard Dearlove, and the Integrity Initiative. The Dearlove circle includes Christopher Steele, author of the discredited dirty dossier about Trump, Pablo Miller, and Sir Andrew Wood, the former British Ambassador to Russia. The Initiative is collaborating in the U.S. with the Center for Naval Analysis, the Center for European Policy Analysis, and the U.S. State Department’s Global Engagement Center in propaganda operations targeting the population of the United States. It has hired John Rendon, known as the “man who sold the Iraq War” for its U.S. operations. Those reviewing the hacked Initiative documents appropriately compare it to Operation Mockingbird, the infamous CIA Cold War operation which had more than one hundred U.S. mainstream journalists writing and printing what the CIA wanted the American public to think and censoring opposing views.

In the third part of her report, Boyd explores what is presently known about the British operation against Donald Trump in the 2016 Presidential campaign and subsequently. This is an all-out effort to prevent any Trump second term and, hopefully, to cause his removal from the Presidency much sooner than that. Boyd argues that the Steele dossier, the British intelligence product backed by former CIA chief John Brennan, the Obama White House, and the State Department, is a fabricated intelligence product that no sane intelligence agency official would credit. It is entirely likely that there were no actual “inside” Russian sources for this fictional intelligence hoax. When the British side of the operations against Trump are examined, the exercise undertaken in the report’s third part, it is impossible not to conclude that the British were the real meddlers in the 2016 Presidential election and have continued to lead the insurrection and sedition against Trump’s presidency.
