Russia-Gate Exposed as Total Fraud — An Offensive for U.S.-Russia-China 'New Paradigm' Is Urgent

On Monday, the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) produced an extraordinary memorandum that conclusively demolishes the supposed evidence of so-called “Russian hacks” into computers of the Democratic National Committee. The material released by internet persona Guccifer 2.0, who was presented as a Russian state actor, was not a hack, but a leak by someone with physical access to DNC computers. That material had been deliberately doctored to add false Russian fingerprints, portrayed as evidence left behind by a clumsy Russian spy.

Helga Zepp-LaRouche mandated that this must be circulated internationally, in every language possible. “Go like Hell” were her instructions.

A LaRouchePAC video report on the VIPS memo is available here: A link to the VIPS memo itself is found in the video description.

The VIPS group, which includes former NSA Technical Director William Binney, back the independent forensic analysis performed by a group including Skip Folden, retired IBM Program Manager for Information Technology U.S. No such forensic analysis was performed in any of the Obama intelligence community’s so-called “assessments.” The VIPS state that there were two inside leaks from the DNC. The first was in June 2016, sometime before Julian Assange’s June 12th announcement that he had DNC documents and planned to publish them. The second leak was on July 5, 2016 to pre-emptively taint anything Wikileaks might publish by “showing it came from a Russian hack.” As is well-known, Wikileaks did publish its DNC trove showing that Hillary Clinton and the DNC conspired to rig the Democratic Presidential primary process against Bernie Sanders.

The key forensic finding is that on July 5, 2016,

“in early evening Eastern Daylight Time, someone working in the EDT time zone with a computer directly connected of the DNC server or DNC Local Area Network, copied 1,976 Megabytes of data in 87 seconds onto an external storage device. That speed is many times faster than what is possible physically with a hack. It thus appears that the purported hack of the DNC by Guccifer 2.0 (the self-proclaimed Wikileaks source) was not a hack by Russia or anyone else, but was, rather, a copy of DNC data onto an external storage device. The forensics performed on the metadata reveal there was a subsequent synthetic insertion – a cut and paste job using a Russian template, with the clear aim of attributing the data to a Russian hack. This was all performed in the East Coast time zone.”

The VIPS memo calls on the President to investigate the CIA, particularly former Director John Brennan, and the FBI, for the phony hack and fake Russian attribution. They cite the ability of the CIA to create false flag hacks on the basis of the recently disclosed Vault 7 tools, including the Marble Framework. In this regard, former CIA Director Brennan called for a coup, in essence, against President Trump at the recently concluded Aspen Security Forum should Trump remove Special Counsel Robert Mueller, his handpicked favorite for continuing their illegal and unconstitutional war against President Trump. We propose that the President demand an immediate investigation of Brennan and his ilk instead, both by a newly appointed Special Counsel and by the Congress. If you are reading this and want to do something about it, please share this statement as widely as possible and call your Senator or Representative and demand an investigation.

PETITION: Congress, Suck It Up & Move On—It's Time to Rebuild the Country

Congress: Suck It Up & Move On, It's Time to Rebuild the Country with China's Belt & Road

We the undersigned, Republicans, Democrats, and Independents call upon our Senators and Representatives to immediately start acting on our behalf based on the following statements, principles and political program:

Our statements and principles:

1. Donald Trump was elected President because he addressed forgotten Americans, promised to revitalize and modernize the manufacturing and productive economy of the United States, and to end the ceaseless, deadly, and purposeless foreign wars of the last decades;

2. He was not elected because Russians manipulated social media accounts or otherwise suckered the American people into voting for him. Such a premise is stupid, ridiculous, and not backed by any ascertainable fact. From this standpoint, any rational observer looks in horror, not at what the President has done, but at the media and select politicians who appear to have gone collectively insane, and are hell bent on getting the rest of us to join them in the looney bin.

3. The catastrophically failed decades of the Bush and Obama Administrations and the polarized and constant 24 hour media and entertainment circus have left the country dangerously susceptible to division and disorientation. Any look at the news appears to reveal a country divided into militant camps of “resisters” and “defenders” conducting what purports to be human speech in the form of animal grunts and reactive shouted obscenities. This “reality,” while seductive, is also completely fake.

4. Across the world, at the Belt and Road Summit in Peking, May 14-15 a new and exciting reality representing the best aspirations of human kind came into being. The largest infrastructure project ever undertaken in human history is being built, bringing development to whole sections of the world, lifting billions out of poverty, providing productive jobs where none existed before. China has asked President Trump to join this great project and the United States should immediately do so. It would jump start our economy to a modern manufacturing platform and modern infrastructure.

5. The President has promised to re-instate Glass-Steagall, to create a modern productive economy based on manufacturing and large-scale infrastructure projects, to return to fundamental scientific discovery and space exploration, and to end wars on behalf of the geopolitical or claimed security interests of others. This is a unified vision with which most Americans agree. This is what we are pledged to make a reality. Congress should focus on these four points and work with the President to achieve them, and nothing else. Negotiating U.S. participation in China’s Belt and Road great project for the world should be our foreign policy preoccupation. Where should we be in 50 years? This is the potential reality which must occupy us now.

So, Congress: Suck it up, move on, start rebuilding this country. Moreover, we also promise that those resisting this call will face an electoral drubbing, the likes of which no one has ever seen.

Solve the NYC Crisis! Launch a New Economic System of Development

On Monday, July 17th the broadcast featured Policy Committee members Diane Sare and Kesha Rogers with host Matt Ogden addressing the urgent need for the United States to implement Mr. LaRouche’s Four Laws before the impending blow-out of the trans-Atlantic system. Mrs. LaRouche, founder of the international Schiller Institute, made the point that President Trump’s decision to meet with President Putin, and his ongoing work with President Xi, has created great potential for the progress of mankind, yet the United States’ economic collapse remains the Achilles heel of this administration, and it is up to the LaRouche Movement to address it.

OGDEN: If you use Glass-Steagall to shut down Wall Street and to dismantle this power center which has been so concentrated in Wall Street and in the City of London, you restore the political power back to the Constitutional American System, and you free up the Presidency to act on these necessary policies, just as Franklin Roosevelt did.

And I think we'll get into it more, but it's a very nefarious role that's being played right now by Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, one that the American people should be very angry about, and should be something that should be strongly denounced, as Lyndon LaRouche did when Mnuchin was originally appointed.

But there is nowhere where the immediate necessary for this kind of national mobilization for emergency recovery program is more apparent than right now in the heart of New York City. And so, I'd like to ask Diane to say a little bit about the situation there right now, and help to fill out this picture a little bit.

DIANE SARE: Sure. I had made a point a few weeks ago, as we were going into the Sylvia Olden Lee tribute that the Schiller Institute Chorus was involved in, that I had become very acutely aware of the crisis in the transportation system, because of the number of people showing up late for rehearsals. And then a couple of my colleagues lost three tires while driving off of Staten Island, in a pothole. And I realized just to take a step back and actually think about this, forget the individual incidents, what's being indicated here? And what's being indicated, is that the tunnels crossing the Hudson River, which were built on the New Jersey side in 1907, so they're 110 years old; there's some on the East Side built at that time, or one later, I think, 1924 — in other words you have infrastructure that's close to a century old; you have switches in the subways that were built in the 1920s and '30s; you have a road system which is not being repaired because of budget cuts, not in the way that it should be: when you repave a road, you're supposed to start from the bottom, not just pick a particular pothole and fill it.

So what you're looking at is a breakdown, plus the infrastructure we're using was not built for a population level that we have today. [The traffic flow at] Penn Station is almost triple -- before the so-called Summer of Hell, where 3 out of 21 tracks are now closed for repairs -- it was built for a capacity of I think about 250,000 commuters a day. It's 650,000 is what it's getting. And every corridor in and out of Manhattan is similarly overloaded. You have something like 1.6 million people coming into Manhattan every day to work. It's slightly less than that in the summer, but that's what it is.

And I had raised the question, as to what are the implications, and when I spoke with Mr. LaRouche about this, he said, you need a committee, and one of the first things he outlined is that you need a forecast, you need a perspective on what happens if this were {not} done…. I made the sort of obvious hypothesis that if you are trying to move 20% of the population on one overloaded corridor, into another corridor that's already over capacity, what you're creating is the conditions for a cascading series of breakdowns. And frankly, I probably underestimated, or wasn't even considering the aging and crumbling of the entire grid — not just transportation, but electricity, water, etc. What my video was about the other day, was not just the subways but the fact that people were late to chorus on Thursday night because there was a fire underground at 71st and Broadway -- which was not connected to the subway system directly per se, but was because it was a very hot day, so the ground was hot; people were using a lot more electricity and whatever they coating the electrical wires with actually {melted} and you had a fire which blew out electrical power in that area.

And they were repairing that, so there was no electricity there for 24 hours. And then, they were telling people, "we're turning it back on, but don't use the elevator, don't use things that really use a lot of electricity." This is New York City in the United States! Not a country that's been under so-called Third World conditions. In fact, rail expert Hal Cooper had made the point at a Manhattan meeting a few weeks earlier, that one must remember that Manhattan is the economic center of the United States in many ways, and that a disruption of New York City, would not only be devastating to New Yorkers, but would have a major destructive impact on the U.S. economy as a whole.

Now, what happened today, there was a fire at 145th Street in the subway, which affected the A, B, C and D Lines, supposedly a trash fire. People were stuck in a subway car for one and a half hours, 12 people were injured; you had people having panic attacks in the cars — I can imagine that, because being stuck in a subway tunnel with smoke billowing past you, and God knows whether they had air conditioning -- when I was in the subway the other day; there was no air conditioning, the car was massively overpacked, and the temperatures — if you were on your way to a sauna, you could have skipped and just stayed in car and basked in the hot, steam which was in there. Literally, people's glasses were steaming up, and there wasn't room to stretch your arms or move or do anything. So it's easy to see the panic that would set in if a car like that gets stuck in a dark tunnel, and the power goes out.

I would say, if something is not done to address this, you're going to have a situation where you're going to have loss of life, and we are facing this all over the country! This is completely unacceptable. When these things get to that point, you risk having major upheavals, major chaos; and the population could bear hardship if — not insanity, but hardship — if they knew there were a plan to address this.

Now, Lyndon LaRouche for the last 50 years has been doing {nothing but} producing such programs: He had programs in the 1970} for what should be done for Manhattan. Obviously, 40 years later, various things would be different, now, but the point is, these things exist. So how do you get the funding?

And we have engineers, we have talented people who could solve this. because what you're looking at in Manhattan now, I really think you may have to take drastic measures, like saying maybe people really should not come into the city, people should figure out how to work elsewhere; maybe business owners should be compensated for not coming into their shops — I don't know. But I'm sure there are people who have expertise in these areas who could figure it out — maybe a plan already exists.

But the question is, what is the future? And I appreciate very much, Matt, that you began with talking about the Apollo mission, because our nation used to think big. China is thinking big; Russia is thinking big. The nations that have joined the Belt and Road are thinking 50, 100, 200 years into the future. Americans, with a bit of inspiration, would similarly think that way, and I would say, as Mrs. LaRouche said, Trump has done a brilliant job thus far with Russia and with China: We are on a pathway hopefully to being able to put the threat of thermonuclear war behind us; I wouldn't say it's completely behind us yet, and especially with the potential blowout of the financial system, it's definitely not behind us!

But, we have to get a program now, in the United States, based on what the Lyndon LaRouche said, shaped by the knowledge that human beings are not beasts, that we are creative, that our contribution to society is through creative discovery, and the economic model for best reflecting that is what Alexander Hamilton did here in Manhattan, and as Secretary of the Treasury, his whole conception of our Constitution, what he wrote in the {Federalist Papers}; and today in there are certain very concrete measures that have to be taken: The first is step is Glass-Steagall. But my concern is that the American people actually begin to think of this from the top, as opposed to the bottom.

Helga Zepp-LaRouche to the American People: “Help President Trump Fulfill His Promise”

There are new developments in the world many Americans really have no inkling about because the mainstream media are not reporting it. That is that there is a new geometry emerging very quickly in the world which President Trump relates positively to. Almost four years ago, the President of China Xi Jinping initiated a policy which he called the New Silk Road. What it actually is, is to -- in the tradition of the Asian Silk Road -- to build up the infrastructure of the landlocked areas of the planet in Asia, in Eurasia, in Africa, in Latin America. This policy has changed the world for the better. It has become a very attractive model because it offers the kind of development which was not there before. Therefore, people in Latin America, in Africa are very happy, because for the first time they see a hope and the possibility to overcome poverty forever.

Now President Trump has established a very good relationship with President Xi Jinping. Ever since the meeting in Mar-a-Lago in Florida in April, the two have really hit it off. There is a good chemistry between and this meeting is really working very well. As a result of it, President Trump sent very high-level representation to the Belt and Road Forum, which was a summit of this new initiative including 110 nations. The United States was represented by Matt Pottinger. In the meantime, they have concluded many positive agreements -- investment deals -- especially export and import between the United States and China.

Also, the meeting between President Trump and President Putin of Russia in the context of the G-20 summit in Hamburg was very productive. Despite the attempts to prevent this kind of collaboration, they concluded a ceasefire for Syria, bringing the hope to end this horrible war in this country; and the deconfliction between the militaries is working.

Also on another front, namely North Korea, the new South Korean President Moon has now offered military-to-military cooperation and discussions with North Korea. This is backed by China. So, with this new strategic policy of President Trump, the improvement of the relationship between the United States and China, and the United States and Russia, we are potentially in a completely new geometry. If the Presidents of the three most powerful countries on this planet -- the United States, China, and Russia -- can work together in solving the problem of the hotspots, but also in general to set up completely new relations to go back to a new detente, ending the Cold War; this is so important for world peace and the livelihood of all of humanity.

There is one big problem; one Achilles' heel. That is that because of the tremendous campaign against Trump, the Russia-gate, the whole demonization of Trump, he has not yet been able to fulfill his election promises on the economy. And the US economy is really collapsing; the figures are absolutely telling. You have bankruptcies, we are on the verge of having a new collapse like 2008; but this time much, much bigger, because all the figures are much worse. The infrastructure is collapsing. In New York you have right now the "Summer of Hell" where trains are on fire, people are in panic; this is just a completely untenable situation. Therefore, it is extremely urgent that President Trump is being supported in fulfilling his election promise to invest {at least} $1 trillion in the American infrastructure. He has offers from China, offering to invest $60 billion of US Treasuries which are owned by China into infrastructure in the United States. There are other offers of such investments.

The problem is, right now there is a big battle. The Democrats who are behind the Russia-gate do not want to face up to the reasons why they lost the election; but it was the policies of globalization making the rich more rich and the majority of people poorer, and naturally having these interventionist wars which cause havoc all over the planet. So, the Democrats are not willing to face up to that, and they're not letting go with the Russia-gate. But also, the neo-cons in the Republican Party are trying to keep Trump from improving relations with Russia, with China; and especially not re-regulating Wall Street.

But this is the crucial thing. Trump must fulfill his election promise to implement Glass-Steagall, to go back to the American System of economy which he mentioned in several speeches, that he wants to go back to the policies of Alexander Hamilton, of Henry Clay, of Lincoln, Henry C Carey, and implement Glass-Steagall. But he can't do it alone. He is involved in so many fights that he needs you. I'm appealing to you; back up your President at this point in this fight. We are at a tremendous historical conjuncture; we can actually move the world into safety, trying to get over the danger of thermonuclear war and the extinction of civilization forever. This is on the horizon, but it requires that Trump can do what he promised; and you have to help him. I said several months ago, if President Trump succeeds in improving the relationship with Russia and China, he can become one of the greatest Presidents in American history. I still absolutely believe that; but he can't do it alone.

So therefore, allow me from abroad, to appeal to you as American patriots. Help President Trump actively to fulfill his promise.

LaRouchePAC Issues Emergency Call to Pre-empt Trans-Atlantic Economic Breakdown and Chaos

This week, the LaRouche Political Action Committee (LPAC) issued an emergency call for mobilization to pre-empt the chaos and devastation that will result across the Americas, Europe and beyond, if we don't take measures to initiate a Glass-Steagall re-organization of banking and credit, and proceed with funding for largescale, priority, physical infrastructure projects, and a resumption of space exploration and fusion power R & D. In 2014, Lyndon LaRouche laid out "Four Laws" of how best to move on this; now the situation has become life and death.

LaRouche said yesterday, "Wall Street IS the problem. This is a key issue which must be pushed to the top, to be followed through, to prevent this danger to the economy as a whole."

There are trigger points throughout the Trans-Atlantic financial system, any one of which can fire, and explode the huge amounts of toxic debt and unpayable claims involved, bringing down the economy with it. These include everything from the U.S. consumer debt bubble, to bundled auto loans, to corporate bad debt, and quadrillions of dollars of exotic derivative "products."

At the top of this monetarist nightmare is the Wall Street/City of London crowd, insisting that nothing needs to be done. They have lied all along that, "we are past" the 2007-8 crisis. All the while, the super-rich get richer, and the ordinary citizen is robbed and left to die.

On any day, look at the headline reports of the reality of the fragility of the system, and the mass suffering it's causing.

In Italy at present, there is a criminal EU 'management' process underway of the so-called banking crisis, in which the EU is ordering a massive destruction of families' resources. Instead of subjecting Italian banks in trouble to a process of Glass-Steagall reorganization (separating and supporting regular, commercial banking, from speculative practices,) the EU has decreed a sell-off of the banks' non-performing loans (NPLs,) in such a way as to drastically de-value the collateral behind them, which is often household and industrial real estate. Out of EU88 bil of such collateral, an estimated EU 63 bil is expected to vaporize. This means the impoverishment of millions of families and businesses.

In the United States this month, the first group of retirees is getting slammed with drastic cuts in their pensions, under a measure signed by Pres. Obama in 2014, called the "Multi-employer Pension Fund Reform Act" (MPFRA.) In Ohio, retirees from the Cleveland Iron Workers Local 17 are getting pension cuts up to 63 percent, because, when their group pension fund faced bankruptcy--as many do, because of economic decline, the Obama law demands cuts as the "solution," instead of using measures such as the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, set up in 1974 for just such contingencies. The ironworkers paid into their pension plan throughout their whole careers; some even took early retirement, in exchange for the promise of a pension. They are now plunged from middle-class, to poverty, with threat of homelessness.

Meantime, all across the U.S. there are examples of the literal collapse of the physical infrastructure for existence, from water systems to bridges. New York City is the international example, whose transportation system is in breakdown.

Pres. Donald Trump was elected on the demand of voters to stop the mass robbery, collapse and misery in the nation; and he has made verbal commitments both to Glass Steagall, and to major infrastructure investment. Making good on this now demands that we act to bust up the Wall Street command-and-control over the economy and government. Timing is critical. Sept. 30--if we make it--is the end of the fiscal year for the Federal government and many corporate and other entities--a time when accounts are due, but at this point, untenable. Even before that, the first week of September is when millions more passenger trips will be attempted in New York City as school opens. Will it be carnage?

Our actions now are the deciding factor.
