June 15, 2006 (LPAC) -- As a public service, the Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee here reproduces, in full, two of the legal filings in the Delphi bankruptcy case, which document the filthy role being played by Lazard Frères, the bank of Felix Rohatyn.Also included is Rohatyn's signature on the original Delphi bankruptcy filing.Application to the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York for permission to retain Lazard Frères & Co. LLC as financial advisor to Delphi and to the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of of America (UAW) and the International Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers (IUE-CWA).

Declaration by David Resnick, Managing Director of Rothschild Inc., in support of application to continue to retain Rothschild Inc. as financial advisor and investment banker to Delphi. In this document, Resnick discusses the role played so far by both Rothschild and by Rohatyn Associates LLC in the Delphi bankruptcy.
