Jumbled Bush Invites Putin to Inspect U.S. Missile Technology
June 2, 2007 (LPAC)--Lyndon LaRouche has been warning repeatedly that the condition of the White House is one of "ungovernability," and the U.S. policy towards Russia is one of the most dangerous areas of disinformation and delusion. The reality, LaRouche pointed out today is that the British empire is going for a full scale confrontation with Russia over missile placement and development. Not only is the White House through Dick Cheney complicit in this, but other leading policy officials in Democratic Party as well, are in a state of denial about this war danger.
LaRouche has put it plainly--the actual aim of the Cheney/British empire escalation of wars in southwest Asia is actually aimed at Russia.
On June 1, just five days before the beginning of the meeting of the G-8 in Germany, George W. Bush was interviewed on ZDF television, the second national TV channel in Germany, and had to address the growing tensions.
On missile defense and Russia, Bush said: "Our message to--and my personal message to Vladimir Putin is, there's no need to try to relive the Cold War. It's over. And we don't view Russia as an enemy. I visit with Angela [Merkel] quite often, and one of the things she talked to me about, is there not a way to open a dialogue with President Putin on missile defense? So I sent Bob Gates, our Secretary of Defense, there, and my message to Vladimir Putin, and it will be when I see him at the G8 in Germany, as well as here in the states, is you don't have anything to fear.
"We'll be totally transparent in the technologies that we're deploying. We want you to come and inspect our sites, we want you to talk to our military. We want to be wide open, because this system is not geared toward Russia. It's geared toward a rogue state that may be able to acquire a nuclear weapon."
