Mexico's Carstens Eats a Cow a Day; Is Al Gore his Dietician?

May 21 (LPAC)--Mexico's opposition leader Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador told a gathering of supporters in Veracruz May 20 that he has proof that President Calderon's obese Finance Minister (and IMF loaner) Agustin Carstens has a daily food budget of over 3,000 pesos (approximately $280), and that it is nothing less than obscene to allocate such a sum for the food needs of a single official. "Since a cow costs approximately five thousand pesos, then this gentleman is eating nearly an entire cow every day!"
