Kuwait Prepares for the Impact of Cheney's War On Iran
May 11 (EIRNS)--According to Agence France Presse from Kuwait City, a briefing on Kuwait's readiness for a U.S.-Iran war was given to the Kuwaiti parliament's foreign relations committee. The committee chairman, MP Mohammed al-Sager is cited as telling reporters that top government officials from the Defense and Interior Ministries told the MP's about the preparations Kuwait has made in the event of terrorist attacks against them, or a large influx of refugees, if the U.S. strikes Iran over Iran's nuclear program. Defense and Interior Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak al-Sabah confirmed the briefing; he heads an emergency team that was created two weeks ago, comprised of representatives of the defense interior, oil and health ministries, as well as emergency services.
Look at this in terms of EIR's report of May 9th,that the aim of Cheney's trip to Southwest Asia is to set up the conditions for a U.S. war against Iran--which will likely begin with a secret pre-agreement between Cheney forces in the U.S., and Netanyahu linked forces in Israel.
