London Launches "Heat Police" Over London

May 5 (EIRNS) The London Times reports today that spy-planes have been used to detect abuse of heating by families in the London district of Haringey. A military technology has been used, to map with different colors the different thermic levels of houses. A plane flew seventeen times over the district in a particularly cold winter day. EIR has not confirmed reports that the over-flights were actually carried out by a blimp which had a striking resemblance to Al Gore. Judging from readers' comments, the experiment has resulted in gross inaccuracy. It is not known whether this environmental police-state experiment will be continued.
