April 27 (LPAC)--At the convention of the California Democratic Party going on this weekend, a LaRouche Youth Movement leader known across the state for his recent leadership in battling the "global warming" hoax and associated policies of Al Gore, has won statewide organizing responsibility. Quincy O'Neal was elected vice-chairman of the State Democratic Black Caucus at its convention meeting, by a 52-35 vote.
