January 24, 2008 (LPAC)--New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg was keynote speaker at the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, DC yesterday, taking the occasion to deliver his campaign platform--although denying he's yet running. He attacked the White House on the stimulus policy as "not enough", and denounced the Congress for not fixing the immigration policy. He detailed his Mussolini/Rohatyn fascist austerity/infrastructure policy, and asked for an immigration policy based on a legalized recycling of cheap labor, rather than the current "illegal" one.
Bloomberg referred to FDR and the New Deal, called for a Capital Budget, quoted JFK on fixing the roof when the sun is out, and other sophist tricks, presenting his defense against LaRouche and the HBPA, which was shown to be the main thing on the Mayors' minds at their press conference this morning
