Oct. 16 (LPAC)--According to Associated Press, a senior law enforcement official has confirmed that the FBI is investigating whether ACORN helped foster voter registration fraud around the nation before the presidential election. A second senior law enforcement official told AP that the FBI was looking at results of recent raids on ACORN offices in several states for any evidence of a coordinated national scam. ACORN is now the focus of fraud investigations in Nevada, Connecticut, Missouri and at least five other states. Election officials in Ohio and North Carolina also recently questioned ACORN's voter forms.

Lyndon LaRouche commented that there could be an explosion over this issue in the weeks ahead.
