LYM Answers Anti-LaRouche Slander in Swedish Tabloid "Expressen"

28 Jul 2007

July 28, 2007 (LPAC)--Today an excerpt of a letter from the LaRouche Youth Movement (LYM) in Sweden, correcting a slanderer's lie, was published in the liberal tabloid "Expressen," in answer to its article of June 20. Expressen had labelled the Swedish LaRouche movement's electoral arm, the EAP, as part of a left wing swamp, including the infamous anti-American "anti-Fa" counterculture gangs, and got a fitting reply.

"EAP and is sister parties in Europe are like the LaRouche Youth Movement, the Schiller Institute and Lyndon LaRouche“s Political Action Committee in the U.S. parts of a movement set into motion by the American Economist Lyndon LaRouche.

"To mix up what we do with stone-throwing and other leftist scum, show with all needed clarity that there is a misunderstanding. We are involved in an active nonviolent resistance against the madness of the Cheney/Bush regime, a challenge of the ecological lunacy of Al Gore within the Democratic Party and promote a revival of typical American Economic Policy of Franklin D. Roosevelt, in the U.S. and the World at large.

"It is not possible to degrade us to be a part of some sort of shining red conspiracy for spoilt middle class whining, eligibly at the expense of the working people."

"Signed by Andreas Persson, The LaRouche Youth Movement in Sweden."

Published under the headline "We are no left wing scum", Expressen leaves out the part of the LYM letter that makes the point that in reality this liberal rag is axiomatically much closer to being in the same movement as the anti-fa scum than any LaRouche organization would ever be.
