November 21, 2009 (LPAC)—With the release of a new "evidence-based" medical study yesterday, this time recommending a reduction in screening of women for cervical cancer, the pattern which has been emerging all week becomes unmistakable. The U.S. Administration, including large swaths of the medical establishment, is acting blatantly like British puppets, demanding nothing less than genocidal depopulation of the world, including the United States.

The pattern is global. It begins with the Obama Administration's genocidal recommendation to reduce routine mammograms for all women, especially those between 40 and 49. This was followed by the release of the United Nations Fund for Population Activities report, which bemoaned the projected increase in population to over 10 billion, and called for a major offensive against population in the name of solving "climate change." The UNFPA call was immediately taken up by the German government, and now the Danish government, which has demanded that population control be part of the agenda at the December Copenhagen Climate Conference. Meanwhile, Prince Philip's World Wildlife Fund came out to demand implementation of the anti-human "climate" agenda. This was accompanied by a pattern of initiatives for the legalization of euthanasia worldwide, including Mexico City, France, and, not least, the United States through the implementation of the Obama Administration's Hitler Health Plan. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists' call for limiting pap smears is just the next step in this series.

What we are looking at is the British imperial attempt to carry out mass murder against the world population—a drive that would make Hitler blush.

One notable aspect of this drive is the specific targeting of women, the portion of the population key to increasing the population, and the portion which lives the longest, thereby taking up all those resources in the "last six months of life." Back in the early 1980s, EIR conducted extensive interviews with genocide lobby representatives who explained the need to target women in order to control population. Take the case of Thomas Ferguson, of the State Department Office of Population Affairs, interviewed in February 1981. In discussing the need for population reduction, Ferguson said: "Our program in El Salvador didn't work. The infrastructure was not there to support it. There were just too goddamned many people.... To really reduce population, quickly, you have to pull all the males into the fighting and you have to kill significant numbers of fertile-age females...."

Think that sounds too extreme for our "cost-effectiveness" experts today? Don't kid yourself. They are prepared to follow their British masters, who say that the financiers have to be saved, come what may, but the consumption and numbers of the population have to be reduced. And large portions of our population has been brainwashed into mouthing the same austerity nonsense.

But, there are signs that a limit, or turning point, is being reached. Obama's crazy performance in Asia, and his turning against his friends and allies in the Democratic Party at home, are rapidly leading to people recognizing his insanity, and turning against him, if only to save their own political skins. Equally important, thanks to our efforts, there is an alternative positive solution in sight—within the Eurasian developments launched by China and Russia, and with the Four Powers LaRouche Plan which Lyndon LaRouche has put on the table.

It's us, against British genocide. Let's destroy the enemy.
