November 8, 2009 (LPAC)—On Nov. 6, three Chinese papers (affiliated with mainland China as well as Taiwan) in Los Angeles published articles, generated from the Wednesday Nov. 5 press conference. Two more articles are expected to appear next week in weekly papers. The articles were short, but straightforward.
1st headline: "LaRouche Appeals To Establish An Alliance Between China, Russia, India and the U.S."
2nd headline: "Save the Global Economy: Seek Sound Strategy." This was accompanied by a group picture with two LaRouchePAC posters 1) Put America Back To Work — on Mars and 2) Triple Curve with the text "Bankruptcy Reorganization Now!"
3rd headline: "The China-Russia Treaties: Considered Helpful To Solve (Help) the World's Economy." This article was illustrated by the same picture as mentioned above. Below follows a very rough translation of this article:
"The theme of the press conference held by Executive Intelligence Review Nov. 5, was the evaluation of the famous American economist Lyndon LaRouche, that the recent China-Russia treaties potentially could solve the global economic crisis.
"Leni Rubinstein, editor of the Chinese EIR website, explained, that the internationally famous statesman, scholar and economist, LaRouche, already in 1995 forecast the collapse of the global financial system, and that LaRouche in 1995 introduced his Triple Curve as a standard function to show the economic collapse, and to describe the overall pattern from 1971, and the curvature of change for the world economy. In 1997, LaRouche called for the convening of a new international Bretton Woods conference to discuss the entire problem of the crisis. The Asia financial meltdown crisis in 1997 further confirmed LaRouche's analysis.
"The leader of LaRouche's organization on U.S. West Coast, Philip Rubinstein, explained, that China and Russia made history in mid-October, when they made a series of profound and far-reaching agreements to collaborate to develop. While these agreements have not been considered important developments to cover by the Western media, LaRouche thinks, however, that these have profound importance towards solving the collapse of the global economy, and towards implementing a new credit system followed by a bankruptcy reorganization, allowing the economic system to return to an in-depth economic development, using China, Russia, India and the U.S. as a four-country alliance to drive (bring along) the re-building of the entire economy.
"China's and Russia's friendly agreements opens up for a future four-country alliance to develop the possibility for a big enhancement to proceed to the next step, to pull the world away from disintegration."
