July 9, 2009 (LPAC)—The Obama Presidency, with its made-in-London policies, is melting down on nearly every front, leaving many in Washington stunned at how dramatically and suddenly his administration is unraveling. "He's going down, in the short term," Lyndon LaRouche stated yesterday. "Time, boys, to jump ship!" LaRouche continued, explaining that more and more people are recognizing that we've been right, generating an opening in the political landscape, "an interval between Hell and Heaven," that we have to take advantage of. We are essentially operating as a government in the wings, LaRouche said in further discussions on Tuesday, but we must make sure that we defeat Obama and his British masters on our policy terms, not the tertiary issues that others may throw up.
"We do have a situation of opportunity, and we won't be able to capture the thing unless we have a better understanding of how the mind works, and what the role of music and art is, how it has to be approached," LaRouche said; Thus, the central strategic importance of LaRouche's current writings, and the related scientific work underway by the LaRouche Youth Movement's Basement Team.
Saner layers in Congress and the Democratic Party are aghast at the way Obama, and his similarly narcissist sidekick Rahm Emanuel, are engaging in desperate, irrational behavior on all fronts. One insightful contact in D.C. admitted to LaRouchePAC: Obama's narcissism problem is so bad, that if he looks in the mirror and sees he has a nosebleed... he orders a new mirror.
For example, the White House is interfering in Democratic Party state electoral processes in New York, Pennsylvania, and other states, trying to dictate who will be party candidates for the House and Senate—an unprecedented action in an area that has never been the White House's prerogative. And in doing this, they are bungling everything. They are making promises, striking deals, and breaking arms all over Capitol Hill, to try to ram through their doomed health care reform and cap-and-trade policies. Emanuel has made so many mutually contradictory promises, that he can't possibly deliver on, that some have begun to refer to him as the Bernie Madoff of the White House.
Then there is the overall economic policy, which is producing such disastrous results that even Obama administration officials have begun to gingerly advise him that "The crisis is much worse than we thought." In Russia, LaRouche noted, there are some indications of a shift back towards a U.S. orientation — as opposed to a British one — which is useful. And certain factions in Britain are coming to the realization that their Obama project is disintegrating, and that it's time to go back to the drawing boards. As LaRouche commented on Wednesday:
"Obama has failed, which means that British policy for the prospect of the Obama administration has flopped. Now they're back, some of them at least, to reviewing their actions, and defining a new approach. So I don't think we should look at it otherwise. It doesn't mean they've become good. It means they are not entirely insane, as Obama is. They've just become aware. 'This ain't working, buddy.' It's that simple."
None of this would have been possible if LaRouche had pulled his punches in his April 11 webcast. By telling the truth about Obama and his Nazi policies, LaRouche created a rift in the Democratic Party on key policy issues. And it is LaRouche's leadership in the fight, as seen in the last webcast and in an upcoming one that is now being scheduled, that is driving the process forward. All we have to do, is continue, and escalate.
