George Soros, Buying Up The Democratic Party For London's Oligarchy

20 Apr 2008

April 20, 2008 (LPAC)-- Mega speculator and dope-legalizer George Soros, and a group of like minded billionaires, are currently pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into networks in and around the Democratic Party, on behalf of the British oligarchical interests which he has served for decades. Following the 2004 Democratic Party defeat in the presidential race, and amidst the successful intervention of Lyndon LaRouche and the LaRouche Youth Movement to orient the Party around FDR-style solutions to the economic collapse, Soros and other billionaires and multi-millionaires launched a new entity, the Democracy Alliance, to literally buy up the Party, on behalf of London and Wall Street speculators.

The Democracy Alliance, which was formally founded in 2005, after two years of semi-secret meetings, operates as a taxable institution, and, therefore is able to maintain total secrecy about its approximately 100 ``partners,'' and the organizations to which it makes donations. One of its few publicly identified operatives, Rob Stein, who has served as its Executive Director, told a Hudson Institute forum in Nov. 2006 that the Alliance had no intention of making a list of its membership public. He explained that most of the hundreds of millions of dollars deployed by the Alliance are given directly by the partners to a list of organizations approved by its Executive Board.

One thing is certain, just from the fact that British-owned speculator Soros is the dominant figure in the group: The goal of the funding is to assure that there is no ``FDR revival'' coming from the Democratic Party, in the midst of the worst financial crisis in history.
