March 27, 2008 (LPAC)--As Lyndon LaRouche remarked, Sarkozy is a man of naked ambition.
At precisely the moment that the Anglo-Dutch financial oligarchy based in London has determined to launch what Lyndon LaRouche has referred to as Britain's great Eurasian War pitting the Transatlantic nations against China, India and Russia, France's President Nicolas Sarkozy has proposed to revive the pre-World War I Anglo-French alliance of 1904 called the Entent cordial.
A reading of the British press makes it clear that what is being proposed is an alliance between Britain and France as the motor force in a European Union under the Lisbon Treaty, which would eliminate the national sovereignty of member states of the EU, in preparation for launching World War III or World War III and a half if you count the Cold War, against the immediate targets--China and India and eventually Russia.
Lyndon LaRouche stressed that the emphasis on the Lisbon Treaty is important. The Lisbon Treaty is a continuation of the earlier Maastricht policy which was imposed on Germany by Margaret Thatcher and Francois Mitterand as the condition for German reunification. Sarkozy is considered by the British to be a puppet of Britain just as was Mitterand. Mitterand was deeply anti-Gaullist. And he, like Sarkozy today, was motivated by hatred of Germany, which was the core theme of the Maastricht Treaty. At the time, the circles of Margaret Thatcher referred to a reunified Germany as a Fourth Reich, which must be prevented at all costs. Thus, the German-hating Maastricht agreement was imposed on Germany with Mitterand virtually threatening to go to war with Gemrany to enforce its provisions.
The British plot to start what eventually became known as World War I began in 1894 with the assassination of French President Sadi Carnot and the Dreyfus affair. The 1898 Fashoda crisis resulted in a French defeat at the hands of the British which led to the signing of the anti-German Entente cordial between Britain and France in 1904. This process which led to the British orchestrated launching of World War I is the historical model for what the British are attempting to launch today using their parvenu puppet, Nicolas Sarkozy.
