Nov. 20 (LPAC) -- Rosatom director Sergei Kiriyenko is heading a delegation in India this week, to inspect progress at the Kudankulam plant, where Russian reactors are being installed. Two 1 GW reactors are being built, with a memorandum of understanding having been signed for four more. A hundred Russian engineers are working on site. The visit is part of the lead-up to President Dmitri Medvedev's state visit to India next month.
