The London Financiers that Made Obama Now Endorse Him

October 27, 2008 (LPAC)--The financiers of the world's largest financial market spoke today through the editorial pages of the Financial Times, declaring, "Obama Is the Better Choice.'' Thus, the powers that made Obama through the financial forces of mega-speculator George Soros and British sub-agent Tony Rezko--and which could still bring him down--have endorsed him in a not-so-straightforward way. London doesn't like Obama's stated policies, especially on free trade. But, Obama gets London's prize for being a more effective sophist and manipulator.

Obama's "policies are a blend of good, not so good and downright bad," says the editorial, but Obama "fought a much better campaign.'' And while "campaigning is not the same as governing....a campaign is a test of leadership. Mr Obama ran his superbly; Mr McCain's has often looked a shambles.''

"Nor should one disdain Mr Obama's way with a crowd.... Mr Obama, on form, is as fine a political orator as the country has heard in decades. Put to the right purposes, this is no mere decoration but a priceless asset.''

McCain is much more to London's liking on the issue of free trade than Obama, but they warn that McCain has "an instinct for peremptory action,'' an observation parallel to Lyndon LaRouche's warning about McCain's volatility, which they are not confident they can thoroughly control.
