March 21, 2008 (LPAC) - The British Empire has unleashed a war against the Eurasian powers of China, Russia and India, intending to get the transatlantic powers to join them - which only a fool like Nancy Pelosi, the puppet of fascist Felix Rohatyn, could swallow. Pelosi today went to Dharamsala, India, and groveled over the Dalai Lama, babbling about the peace-loving Tibetans and the violent Chinese oppressors, while the entire Tibetan crisis is being orchestrated as part of an intended Eurasian war, far more deadly than that in Iraq. This war is being planned in London, by the same people who planned the Iraq fiasco - a war against the Four Power Alliance which Lyndon LaRouche has identified as the necessary force to stop the descent into a new Dark Age. The press coverage of the Tibet crisis is as fraudulent as the coverage of the criminal drive by the central banks in Europe, the UK and the US to use taxpayers' funds to fund their fascist war plans, under the guise of "bail-outs."

Pelosi, after meeting with the Dalai Lama, told the press that "China must allow journalists and other monitors to enter Tibet and see for themselves what the situation is inside Tibet," declaring that she was "here to support the Dalai Lama on behalf of the people of the United States."

At the same time, James Miles, a journalist from The Economist, held an interview with CNN, reporting that he had just returned from a week in Lhasa, where he had been since the beginning of the rioting on March 12, with an official Chinese permit, throughout the time the western press was reporting that there were no western journalists in Tibet. Asked why he thought the Chinese allowed him to stay, he said that he assumed the Chinese believed that "having me there would help to get across the scale of the ethnically-targeted violence that the Chinese themselves have also been trying to highlight.... What I saw was calculated targeted violence against an ethnic group, or, I should say, two ethnic groups, primarily ethnic Han Chinese living in Lhasa, but also members of the Muslim Hui minority in Lhasa."

The rioters, Miles said, "marked those businesses that they knew to be Tibetan-owned with white traditional scarves. Those businesses were left intact. Almost every single other across a wide swathe of the city... was either burned, looted, destroyed, smashed into, the property therein hauled out into the streets, piled up, burned. It was an extraordinary outpouring of ethnic violence of a most unpleasant nature to watch, which surprised some Tibetans watching it."

He also reported that the police did virtually nothing for several days, waited for the riot to run itself out, and only then moved in to secure the streets, "when they felt safe I think that there would not be massive bloodshed."

Pelosi clearly cared nothing about such facts, but only about pleasing her fascist controllers in their drive for war.
