March 14, 2008 (LPAC)--Lyndon LaRouche today called on Sen. Barack Obama to sever all ties to Rev. Jeremiah Wright, known as the Pastor of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, and a member as of Dec. 2007, of the Obama campaign's African-American Advisory Board. LaRouche observed that the kind of racist remarks made by Rev. Wright on numerous occasions "could do more to revive the Ku Klux Klan, than anything I have seen or heard, since the Presidency of Woodrow Wilson, when the Ku Klux Klan was literally revived from within the White House." LaRouche continued, "The kinds of racist remarks uttered by Rev. Wright ought to be a terrible embarrassment of Sen. Obama. He ought to get rid of him, now."
LaRouche has been warning for months that the buildup of Sen. Obama as the purported "frontrunner" for the Democratic Presidential nomination was fake, and that Obama was being built up to destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton--only to then be brought down under an avalanche of scandals. "The British have the file on Obama--the links to international organized crime--sufficient to bring him down. The Rezko trial has put the issue of Sen. Obama's crime ties in the public spotlight. Rezko's ties to Nadhmi Auchi will sink Obama's candidacy."
But LaRouche then added, "Now, a second shoe has dropped: Sen. Obama's links to a notorious racist provocateur. I am aware that Sen. Obama's ties to Rev. Wright go back nearly two decades, and that this issue, which carries with it, the threat of triggering a new KKK backlash, runs deeper than the Reverend's recent links to the Obama Presidential campaign. Nevertheless, LaRouche concluded, "Sen. Obama would be wise to make his clear break now. Does the Senator know the difference between Wright and wrong?''
