Not Even New Yorkers Will Vote for Fascist Bloomberg

January 9, 2008 (LPAC)--A new Quinnipiac University Polling Institute poll, asked New York City voters what they thought about their Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, and determined that, while about half of city residents believe it is likely that he will run as an independent candidate in 2008, and he may make a good President, 58% said they wouldn't vote for him. Many more, 70%, prefer that he run for governor instead, if he must.

The Village Voice author, Tom Robbins, had a few choice words, January 9, in "President Bloomberg? The richest joke is on us: Wherever it is he stands, he's running." "But the biggest joke on the country since the Supreme Court halted the Florida recount could be this one: Mike Bloomberg wins the White House as a reform candidate. The morning after his election celebration, he announces the head of his transition advisory team: Henry Alfred Kissinger."
