December 10, 2007 (LPAC)--Cheney's fall guy, I. "Scooter" Libby, dropped the appeal of his conviction in the CIA leak case, which resulted in the outing of CIA agent Valerie Plame. Lyndon LaRouche commented that Libby never had any appeal.
