October 29, 2007 (LPAC)--In the last issue of Parade magazine, in their weekly "Intelligence Report", was a short, one paragraph item named, "Making a Profit Off Kids." It seems as if Bush's No Child Left Behind Act has created a situation very similar to that of the U.S. Military, a "privatizer's" wet dream, as only 5 large mega-companies control 90% of the now, approximately $2.3 Billion (!) a year educational testing industry, which includes tutoring, test prep courses and the tests themselves.
