July 15 (LPAC)--A suggestion by International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohammed ElBaradei that Iran have direct talks with the United States on its nuclear program "needs to be studied closely" said Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini on Sunday, reported RIA Novosti today. The comments were made on Sunday at the Foreign Ministry's regular weekly briefing to reporters, and follows successful negotiations between Iran and the IAEA this week.
