Al Gore Crony, Sir Nicholas Stern Named Advisor to French Government

July 9, 2007 (LPAC)--Sir Nicholas Stern was in Paris on July 6th to meet with President Nicolas Sarkozy. On the same day, ecology minister Jean Louis Borloo announced that Sir Nicholas is now a co-president of one of the 6 working groups elaborating the new environmental policy of Sarkozy's government, which he said will have an environmental budget over 40 billion euros.

Sir Nicholas Stern worked for Gordon Brown when he was British Chancellor, and was a special adviser to Blair's government for climate change issues. Last October, he issued a report which was heavily promoted worldwide, boosting a world carbon swaps market as the most urgent response to "global warming." Also advising the Blair government was hedge fund manager Al Gore, whose movie "An Inconvenient Truth" was officially promoted by French government and distributed in high schools.

Sir Nicholas Stern has also been a spokesman internationally for the lie that "climate change" is a national security issue, and has testified to this effect to the U.S. Congress.

Gore himself was also scheduled to appear in Paris last Friday, but failed to show up.
